Eligibility for Returns

Due to the nature of skincare and personal care products, we only accept returns under the following conditions:

  • Items are unused, unopened, and in their original packaging.

  • The return is initiated within 14 days of delivery.

  • Proof of purchase (receipt or order number) is provided.

Please note: Opened, used, or tampered products cannot be returned due to hygiene and safety reasons.

🔁 Exchanges

We only replace items if they are defective, damaged upon arrival, or if you received the wrong item. Please contact us within 48 hours of receiving your order at [support@heliseskincare.com].

💸 Refunds

Once your return is received and inspected, we will notify you of the status of your refund. If approved:

  • A full or partial refund will be processed to your original method of payment within 5–10 business days.

  • Shipping fees are non-refundable, unless the return is due to our error.

  • You will be responsible for covering the return shipping costs (unless the item was damaged, defective, or incorrect).
