  • You will receive an email confirmation with tracking details once your order has shipped.

📦 Order Tracking

All orders come with a tracking number. You will receive your tracking info via email once your order has shipped.

If you do not receive tracking within 72 hours, please email support@heliseskincare.com.


⚠️ Customs, Duties & Taxes

  • For international orders, customers are responsible for any customs fees, duties, or import taxes.

  • HÉLISÉ Skincare is not responsible for delays due to customs or border clearance.


Shipping Issues

  • If your package is marked “delivered” but you haven’t received it, please first check with neighbors, your mailbox, or front desk.

  • If it is still missing after 2 days, email us immediately at support@heliseskincare.com with your order number.

  • We are not responsible for packages lost due to incorrect addresses provided at checkout.
